Identity information such as name, surname, date of birth, and Turkish ID number,

Membership information and password,
Purchase and payment information,
Communication preferences and marketing consent information.

Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data: Your personal data is collected through the membership form on www.galleryvalart.com, online auction participation password application, and during payment and delivery processes. It is processed in accordance with the legal reasons specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK, including explicit stipulation in the laws, being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, the necessity of processing for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations, the necessity of processing for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, and the necessity of processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller.
Transfer of Personal Data: Your personal data may be shared with our domestic and international business partners, suppliers, service providers, and public institutions and organizations as required by our legal obligations, in accordance with the purposes mentioned above and Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.

Your Rights under KVKK: Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

Request information if your personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
Request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of KVKK,
Request notification of the actions taken in accordance with the above items to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Request compensation for the damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.

Application Methods: To exercise your rights under KVKK, you can submit your requests to Gallery Valart in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
